Time Frame

This is a preorder. It will take approximately 10-12 weeks for these to ship to BackStitch SoFlo Fabrics from our supplier. We will need an additional 4 weeks to process and ship the fabrics. If you are uncomfortable with this timeframe, please do not order. We will have a small retail offering after these have shipped to our preorder customers.

*** SHIPPING ***

Please choose the correct shipping rate that correlates with the amount you are ordering. Additional shipping may be required for larger orders or orders of mixed textiles. If this applies to you, I will invoice you when your order is ready to be shipped. All orders will be shipped priority flat rate. No orders will be combined.

***INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING***

If you are ordering fabric internationally (anywhere besides the United States) please choose the shipping that correlates with the yardage you are ordering. If there is any extra shipping owed, I will invoice you through the website when your order is ready to be shipped. If your order requires additional shipping costs, your order will not be sent unit the additional is paid.

***Order Cancellation***

You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund, less the 3% PayPal fee if Paypal is the payment method, during the OPEN pre-order. Once the preorder has closed the preorder sale is final.

*** Bulk Orders ***

You may use the discount code: 15oneprint if you are placing and order of 15+ yards of the same design (yardage only, panels are not eligible). If you use the discount code for anything less than 15 yards per design, your order will be cancelled and issued a refund after the round closes. If this happens you will not be allowed to replace your order as the round will no longer be available to order from. Only the bulk yardage is allowed in the order. All other items that do not meet the criteria need to be ordered separately including panels and yardage under 15 yards.
